Mark something worth travelling for.
Birthdays, anniversaries, wedding celebrations and other personal milestones can feel very different when the beach, rooms and dinner table are all part of the same place.
Celebrations, retreats, dive groups and private stays work best here when the gathering feels connected to the beach, the water and the slower rhythm of Pili.
Pili is first and foremost an island resort, restaurant, dive base and place to slow down. That is also what can make a gathering here memorable: guests are not moving between a hotel, restaurant and activity venue all day.
The practical details depend on your dates, group size, accommodation needs and the kind of gathering you have in mind. We therefore prefer to confirm arrangements directly rather than publish fixed packages, capacities or promises that may not fit your stay.
From there, we can look at the stay as a whole: rooms, food, timing, water activities, quiet time and how everyone gets to the resort.
Birthdays, anniversaries, wedding celebrations and other personal milestones can feel very different when the beach, rooms and dinner table are all part of the same place.
Pili can be considered for intimate retreats where accommodation, meals, quiet time and selected activities need to stay close together rather than spread across multiple venues.
Groups travelling primarily to dive can base the stay around the onsite dive operation, with rooms, meals and surface-interval time all within the resort.
Family groups, friends and small private gatherings can use Pili as a shared island base while still leaving room for individual downtime and different daily plans.
A group stay becomes easier when the important pieces are physically close. Guests can move between rooms, meals, beach time and planned activities without spending the day coordinating transfers between separate venues.
That does not mean every group needs the same program. Some guests may dive, others may stay by the pool, and everyone can still meet again for dinner or sunset.
We can give you a more useful answer when the enquiry includes the shape of the full trip, not only the occasion itself.
For some groups, the priority is a shared dinner and a few rooms. Others may want several days that combine diving, meals, wellness and time together. The right setup depends on the people travelling, so we would rather shape the conversation around your priorities than force a standard package.
Current availability, staffing, activity schedules, transport possibilities and specific setups should all be reconfirmed for your dates before anything is treated as final.
You do not need a finished plan. A few practical details are enough for the resort team to start checking what is realistic.
We will confirm the current possibilities for your dates before you build the rest of the trip around them.
