Pili Beach Resort and the coast of southern Tablas Island
Experience Pili Beach

Make the island day your own.

Swim, dive, restore, eat well or do very little. Pili works best when you have choices close by without needing to schedule every hour.

One base · Different kinds of days

Enough to do. Enough room not to.

A stay at Pili does not need one fixed itinerary. The beach, pool, dive center, restaurant and wellness options sit close enough together that an active morning can become a slow afternoon without turning the day into a logistics exercise.

Use this page as a starting point rather than a checklist. Some activities depend on conditions, availability and current schedules, so confirm the details that matter most directly with the resort before you build the day around them.

Choose your pace

Six ways into the same island stay.

Mix the active and the restorative. The point is not to fit everything in; it is to have the right options nearby when you want them.

01 Beach & pool

Start with the water.

Swim, read in the shade, move between the beach and the saltwater pool, or leave the morning completely open. Some of the best hours here need very little planning.

02 Diving

Go below the surface.

Certified divers, new divers and guests who simply want more time in the sea can use Pili as a practical base for diving around southern Tablas.

03 Snorkel & watersports

Keep it closer to the surface.

Not every water day needs a tank. Ask the dive team about the current options for snorkeling, freediving and other water activities during your stay.

04 Wellness

Make space to restore.

Add massage, a quiet afternoon or a slower day between dives and island plans. Wellness at Pili is intentionally simple and easy to combine with the rest of the stay.

05 Food & sunset

Let the day end at the table.

Resto Viking Bar keeps meals and drinks close to the beach, so lunch after the water and dinner around sunset can stay part of the same unhurried day.

06 Tablas

Leave room for the island.

Pili is also a base for discovering more of Tablas. Ask the resort team what is practical for your dates, interests and transport rather than locking every day in advance.

The water is the anchor

Start at the shoreline and decide from there.

The sea is part of the resort day whether you are diving, snorkeling, swimming or simply looking at it from the shade. That makes it easy to keep plans flexible and still feel connected to the reason you travelled to an island.

If diving is central to the trip, plan that first. The rest of the stay can then settle naturally around dive days, surface intervals and the weather.

Plan your time in the water
A day at Pili

Build around energy, not a timetable.

This is an example rhythm, not a program. Keep what suits you and leave the rest open.

Morning Wake slowly, head to the water or meet the dive team when the day calls for something more active.
Midday Come back for lunch, cool off in the pool and let the hottest part of the day stay easy.
Afternoon Add another dive, massage, beach time or a simple island outing depending on your energy.
Sunset Return to the beach, order a drink or dinner and let the evening arrive without another transfer.
The quieter side

Not every memorable hour needs an activity.

Part of the value of travelling farther is having somewhere that feels worth staying put. Read by the pool, take a long lunch, book a massage, watch the light change or simply leave an afternoon unplanned.

For many guests, that space between the bigger plans becomes as important as the plans themselves.
